Poke Root

Poke Root is one of the best herbs to help clear mastitis (breast infection). It is traditionally used as a lymph cleanser, and has a special affinity for red, inflamed mammary glands, testicles and throat. The typical experience with this herb is that a breast infection will usually clear up within 24 hours, without the use of antibiotics. It is also useful in cases of a sore throat with swollen lymph glands in the neck. This too, usually will clear overnight.

Testimonial

I am a huge advocate for Herb Lore and their products. They are so easy to talk to, knowledgeable and they make sure my products get shipped right away. The herbs I used were instrumental in my postpartum recovery. I used the Postpartum Sitz Bath Herbs after all three deliveries - they helped my stitches feel more comfortable and heal faster.  I also love Herb Lore's Pregnancy Tea. I would make a large batch to last a couple of days and drink it all throughout the day. It was comforting to know the ingredients were helping the baby and also preparing my body to give birth.  M.G.
