Certified Organic Skullcap, Passionflower and Chamomile Flower. The regular tincture is extracted in Certified Organic grape alcohol and the non-alcohol version is extracted in Certified Organic vegetable glycerine and distilled water. All Herb Lore tinctures are non-GMO and are gluten-free and are never, ever tested on animals.
Adults:Â Use 1-2 droppersful (squeezes) of the tincture as desired. It's handy to keep by the bedside.
Children:Â Use the age-appropriate dose as suggested in the Children's Dosage Guide (under Additional Information or in Articles & Information). Do not give to infants. The non-alcohol version is recommended for children.
