Certified Organic Blessed Thistle Leaf. The regular tincture is extracted in Certified Organic grape alcohol and the non-alcohol version is extracted in Certified Organic vegetable glycerine and distilled water. All Herb Lore tinctures are gluten-free and GMO-free and are never, ever tested on animals.
Use 1-2 droppersful 3 times a day or as needed. You may adjust the dose up or down if you find its causing you to make too much milk (use less) or not enough (use more).
