Description
Skullcap has relaxing, anti-spasmodic, muscle relaxing and sedative properties. It helps to ease headaches and promotes restful sleep, leaving one feeling rested and refreshed in the morning, with no morning grogginess.
Keep the bottle by your bedside and take 1-2 droppersful under your tongue, lay your head back down and soon you will drift into a restful, peaceful sleep.

Certified Organic Skullcap Leaf. The regular tincture is extracted in Certified Organic grape alcohol and the non-alcohol version is extracted in Certified Organic vegetable glycerine and distilled water. All Herb Lore tinctures are non-GMO and are gluten-free, and are never, ever tested on animals.
Adults: Use 1-2 droppersful (squeezes) of the tincture as desired. Its handy to keep by the bedside.
Children: Use the age-appropriate dose as suggested in the Children's Dosage Guide (see the More Information tab). Do not give to infants. The non-alcohol version is recommended for children.
I just wanted to rave about one of your products I've been using! I ordered the Skullcap Tincture. I have so much trouble sleeping during pregnancy, from hip pain to insomnia to headaches – something usually keeps me awake. I was originally getting some for my mother, but decided to try it myself as well. I've been using it for 3-4 weeks now (often, but not every night) and I've been getting the best, most restful sleep I've ever gotten during pregnancy!
