After a woman's first pregnancy, the uterus easily and (usually) painlessly contracts back down to regain its normal shape and size after the birth. For the second or subsequent births however, its more difficult for the uterus to do this work, and these contractions can be quite painful. For some women, afterpains can be as strong and even more painful than labor contractions. Afterpains seem to be more intense with each subsequent birth. This tincture will help relax the uterus and calm afterpains while still allowing the uterus to regain its normal shape and size. Organic Black Haw Bark, Cramp Bark, Motherwort, Catnip and Blue Cohosh. The regular tincture is extracted in organic grape alcohol and the non-alcohol version is extracted in organic vegetable glycerine and distilled water. All Herb Lore tinctures are non-GMO and are gluten-free.

Hi Herb Lore! On the 29th of April I gave birth to my little man - my 5th child! My last birth was 8 years ago. My placenta took its time in coming out at that birth, and a little piece was left in there causing an infection, so I was a little scared of giving birth to the placenta this time round. And of course the after pains!! I was dreading the after pains being that this was baby number 5! (Quite frankly, I find birth much easier than the after pains.) So about 5 minutes after giving birth to my son, I took the Placenta Release Tincture. I also delayed cord clamping until placenta was born. I was taking the tincture every 5 mins. Once I took the 4th dropperful, my placenta was out! Fully intact!!! Happy Chappy I was! :)

Hello, I am currently expecting my 11th baby. Ever since I had my 8th baby, I have lived in DREAD of afterpains. After my 9th, the after pains were so bad that I actually went into shock several times and passed out more than once -- this was not due to blood loss, just shock and intensity. This was with taking ibuprofen. Labor and birth were nothing by comparison. I often wished that I could just do labor and birth twice instead of doing the after pains. I was terrified with my 10th because I had learned that after pains do literally get worse after each one -- they don't ever max out. I ordered the large bottle of your After Birthing Ease Tincture thinking that would be plenty and hoping desperately that it might help. I cannot tell you how amazing it was! Every time an after pain started, I could feel the shaking and chalky whiteness of shock start, but as soon as I took the tincture, it made a huge difference. It was completely manageable! I started taking the tincture before nursing, and that was the BEST. I was horrified when I ran out after only the first day. I had another tincture from a different company that helped, but it did not hold a candle to yours. I ordered another bottle but didn't get it in time to help with the worst of it. So, with this baby, I am planning to order 3 or 4 of the 4oz bottles right up front. I really cannot tell you what a Godsend this tincture is. I am terrified at the thought of not having it! From a midwife in OH - I had a birth on Friday and wanted to share my experience with you. It was a long birth and the mother had bit of a tough time. As soon as the baby was born, she began to bleed and looked like she wasn't going to stop. I used the Hem Stopper Tincture I recently got from you, and it did the trick! I used two doses, very close together (5 minutes maybe) and it worked very well. Mom and baby are doing great! I feel the Pregnancy Tea Plus that she was taking in her last several weeks of pregnancy helped as well. She lost a decent amount of blood at the birth, but was up in the shower less than an hour after birth and was able to take a 20 minute shower. I feel certain that the tea helped support her blood levels. She also found great relief with using your After Birthing Ease Tincture too. I just need to tell you how brilliant the After Birthing Ease Tincture was! I barely felt the after contractions; what I did feel was short and bearable. Your herbs truly are a blessing to us! Thank you so much for providing the After Birthing Ease Tincture to the public. I recommend it to everyone I meet having a baby, and never want to have another again without having it handy. That's how helpful this is! I have seriously bought this to gift to my sisters for each of their babies for the last couple years. No one, especially a 2nd, 3rd, 4th time mom, should have to have a baby without your After Birthing Ease Tincture! If your customers think that this praise is a little over the top... It's not! A friend introduced me to this herbal line during my second trimester, I started using Pregnancy Tea Plus Tincture during the last six weeks of my pregnancy. I used the Labor Tincture at the hospital. I got to the hospital at 1:30am, and was 3cm. My baby was born at 4:30am. I credit the tinctures for helping to move things along.
