I am currently a certified Doula and working on coursework for midwifery to one day become a certified professional midwife. My goal is to establish a deaf ran and serving birth center in the Dallas Fort Worth metroplex with a team that provides direct access to care in American sign language. This all starts with educating deaf and hard of hearing families of their bodies, and showing them how to take ownership of their fertility, pregnancy, birth, postpartum and parenting decisions through all of us learning and growing together.
