February 2018 monthly special - 20% off!

Hi all!

I usually try to run our specials based on a theme or a seasonal need, but this month, its several random items based mostly on customer request.  Here's what we're offering at a 20% discount:

Cramp Bark/Black Haw - used to alleviate uterine cramping, such as menstrual cramps, pre-term labor cramps or threatened miscarriage.  We have several customers who use it for stomach or digestive cramping as well, so it can be used for any type of muscle cramping.

Fennel - this herb can help increase breastmilk production, as well as helping to alleviate gas, colic, reflux, indigestion or any digestive complaint.

Blessed Thistle - this herb also helps to increase breastmilk production and is a good alternative for those women who find that Fenugreek doesn't work for them.  Blessed Thistle is also considered a "bitter", which is an herb or food that helps support healthy digestion.

Shatavari -  increases breastmilk production in nursing mothers.  It’s considered an “herbal Domperidone” and helps to get things flowing.  It helps increase the vital fluids in the body. It is the foremost Ayurvedic herb used as a reproductive tonic for both men and women, restores moisture to the lungs, respiratory tract, and digestive system, and is an herb that helps one adapt and cope with stress.  Click HERE to see how it helps men, and click HERE to see how it helps women.

Moringa - considered a superfood in many cultures around the world and is recognized as a valuable food source.  Its extremely high in vitamins, minerals, essential amino acids.  (Click HERE to see some astounding stats!)  Moringa helps increase breastmilk production in nursing mothers.  The Ayurvedic system of medicine also associates Moringa with "the cure or prevention of about 300 different diseases".

Dandelion & Nettle - these two herbs are extremely high in vitamins and minerals and are very nutritive.  The Dandelion Leaf is traditionally used as a natural diuretic, helping to eliminate swelling, edema and retained fluids, while the Nettle Leaf helps support kidney function to excrete these excess fluids. Although it can be used by anyone, it was created for (and is safe for) pregnant women to help with pregnancy-related edema.  The Nettle is also one of the best herbs for allergies, so this would also be good for anyone suffering from that or in preparation for allergy season.

During check-out, put February2018 in the Coupon Code area, click Add Coupon, and it will apply your 20% discount.  This special is good from 2/01-2/28.

We still have our Immune special running too, which also ends on 2/28.  We probably won't be offering these items on special again until next summer, so its a good time to stock up.

One note about the non-alcohol Astragalus - we've had such a huge demand for this herb that we're running low.  We do have more in process, and it will be ready to go on 2/12.  We will put it back on the website by 2/09 and orders will be shipped on 2/12.  We will send a follow-up email as a reminder.

The coupon code for this special is Immune.   Both coupon codes can be used together - just input one at a time.  This special includes:

Astragalus
Echinacea
Cold & Flu Tincture
Mullein
Quiet Cough Tincture
Tummy Tea
Tummy Tincture
Nausea Relief Tincture
Relax Tincture

Wondering what all these things are for, and how and when to use them?  Which are safe for pregnant and breastfeeding women, and which are not?  See my blog that gives more information.

Where to find out what is currently on special each month, in case you miss our newsletter?
I always give info on the current monthly special on my blog as well as under the Specials heading, which is located at Shop Online --> Specials (right underneath Shop Online --> By Name/Category).

Ok, that's it for today!  We hope this is of help to you!

With much love,

Pam Caldwell and the Herb Lore family!
