Orders are shipped Monday-Friday, except on major holidays.  We do our best to ship orders the same business day they're received.  Late orders, however (after 1pm Pacific time), may go out the next business day.  We cannot guarantee Overnight or 2-Day shipping on orders placed after 1pm Pacific Time.  It is our highest intention to get your product to you as quickly as we possibly can.  

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS -  Please e-mail your order to herbsales@herblore.com or call us at 1-530-470-8858 and we will be happy to process your order for you.  We accept PayPal payment or U.S. credit cards for all international orders.   PLEASE NOTE:  Our website cannot process shipping for international orders, and attempting to order through the website will only delay your order. 

There are two ways to find the products. The "Select a Category" drop-down menu above lists all of the different catalog categories to choose from, or you may simply enter a key word (or words), issue, or product name into the "Enter Search Phrase" box to go directly to the item that you're interested in. 

PLEASE NOTE: when ordering tinctures, you must specify if you want the regular alcohol-based tincture or the non-alcohol version (which is best for children) on the drop down menu by all tinctured items.  If not specified, the regular alcohol-based version will be sent. 

We invite you to browse through and learn about all of the products we have to offer.  Everything is made from herbs that are either organic or wildcrafted and are of the highest quality.
